These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the JobPhantom website at jobphantom.io and our Chrome extension and related services, operated by JobPhantom.

By accessing the site or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

JobPhantom is an AI-powered job application tool. The Chrome extension reads job listings and uses your profile to generate tailored resumes, cover letters, and custom application answers.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

You must be at least 16 years of age to use this site or our service. By using JobPhantom, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@jobphantom.io if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to use the service to:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the site in an automated manner
• Transmit any malicious code, spam, or unsolicited communications
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

Early access pricing is locked for the first 100 paying users at the time of their initial subscription and will not increase as long as the subscription remains active.

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of JobPhantom or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JobPhantom and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of CAD $100 or the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the province in which JobPhantom operates.
